RETURN,REFUND & CANCELLATION

​RETURN POLICY

  1. Customers can return their order within 14 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).

  2. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at support@vidaara.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided into your Vidaara wallet.

  3. Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable.

  4. To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on support@vidaara.com with your Order ID mentioned.

  5. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the wallet credit/discount coupon we give you in vidaara account to place the order for the new product.

REFUND POLICY

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

  1. You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order within 14 days of its date of delivery,

  2. All refunds will be credited into your vidaara wallet.

  3. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

  4. For any other requests or queries regarding this, kindly write to us at support@vidaara.com.

How long the refund procedure takes?

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 3-4 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines:

  • Wallet refund will get credited within few minutes.


Where should I return my product?

You are requested to courier the product to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse courier charges in case of manufacturing defects only. (You will be credited Rs.100/-. If courier costs more than Rs.100, please retain your invoice and we will reimburse you accordingly)

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

  1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.

  2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.
