Q.HOW DO I PLACE ORDER?
Follow these steps to quickly place the order:

1. At Home Page (www.vidaara.com) or Top Left corner you can explore the Categories. Select your favorite category and start adding the products in the cart with a single click.

2. After adding products, Click on “My Cart” and proceed to Checkout.

3. You can Checkout by Creating Account/Signin or via Guest User (Fill Correct Shipping Details for Accurate Tracking of your order).

4. Click on “Continue to Payment”. Select your preferred Payment Gateway, Pay the Amount, and Confirm Your Order.

5. You will receive the Confirmation Email and SMS once the order is successfully placed.

Q. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We will ship your order on your mentioned shipping address. Your order will be delivered at your doorstep by trusted courier services. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

Q.HOW WILL I GET CONFIRMATION THAT MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
We'll send an email and SMS with your Order ID and Order Details. Also, once the order is shipped from the warehouse you will receive the tracking details via SMS and email.

 

Q.I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING. THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL BUT MY MONEY GOT DEDUCTED. WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO MY MONEY?

Don’t worry we will help you out in every possible way. We request you to check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your amount has been debited after a payment failure, it will get automatically reverse back by the respective bank within 7-10 business days.

 

Q. HOW DO I CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDERS?
Even though we try to ship your order the same day of order because we're super excited about it, sometimes your order may take 48hrs time to process. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will get a confirmation message including your tracking information.

Q. WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
We generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Usually it takes 4-8 business days. Estimated Delivery time also depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped.

Q. HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?
All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. We ping you when we ship your consignment and will provide you with a Tracking number. This is the part where you get excited and we keep our fingers crossed that you're home when they come and call before they do !

Q. I NEED IT FAST !
Exceptions are made all the time. Just contact us if you've forgotten your wife's birthday and we'll make it quicker, if possible.

Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not yet ! But exceptions can always be made. Please do contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Q. I'VE CHANGED MY MIND. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Oh no! Please tell us what is wrong as we want you to be absolutely in love with your order. Raise a return request here and we'll do our best to make it as smooth as butter for you.

Q. I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT NOW?
Same as above, buddy!

Q. WHAT TO DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

Go to the “Log In” button then click on 'Forgot Password' option and you can reset the password with the link sent on your registered email id

 

Q. HOW CAN I RETURN CUSTOM PRODUCT?

  • There will be no replacement or refund for the custom products. However, if the product is faulty or damaged then the customer can proceed with the return request.

  • You are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.

  • The color of the custom product  may slightly vary as per the customer's screen resolution.

 

Q. DO YOU ACCEPT BULK ORDER?

Yes, we do accept bulk order.

 

Q. I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT I DON'T WANT ANY PRICE TAG OR INVOICE ATTACHED AS IT IS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE. IS IT POSSIBLE?

Unfortunately no! Because of the prevalent regulations, we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also intact so that a product can be replaced if your loved one faces any issues.

 

Q. IS THERE ANY TRIAL THEN PURCHASE OPTION AVAILABLE?

There is no trial and buy option available. However, in order to assist you in picking the right size, we have size chart with body measurements featured on our product pages. For any queries please write to us at support@vidaara.com

 

Q. SINGLE JERSEY TOPWEAR (T-SHIRTS, VESTS, TANK TOPS, T-SHIRT DRESSES)

  • Do not bleach or wash with chlorine based detergent/water; use a mild detergent in moderate quantity instead

  • Do not iron on stitches, seams, trims or embellishments as high temperatures may cause them to open

  • Do not soak for more than 20-30 minutes; prolonged soaking may lead to colour loss, eventually weakening the fabric

  • Do not wring

  • Do not use hard brushes during hand wash as they may damage the prints

  • Do not leave the iron on at one place for too long; especially at the neck rib where the elastane may break and loosen the rib

  • Do not iron directly on prints (in case of printed products)

  • Machine wash cold

  • Wash/dry inside out

  • Fabric subject to initial colour loss; hence wash separately

  • Tumble dry low

  • Warm iron needed.

  • Dry promptly in shade; preferably on a flat surface as hanging may cause measurement variations


Q. HOW DO I PAY FOR A VIDAARA PURCHASE?
VIDAARA offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can be rest assured that VIDAARA’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You may use Internet Banking, Gift Cards, Cash on Delivery and other Wallets to make your purchase. VIDAARA also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India.

Q. ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES (OCTROI OR SALES TAX) WHEN I MAKE A PURCHASE ON VIDAARA?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on VIDAARA. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. Delivery charges not applicable for the products.


Q. WHAT IS CASH ON DELIVERY?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on vidaara.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-O-D) payment method instead. It is available for most pincodes. With COD you can pay in cash as and when the order arrives at your destination

 

Q. HOW DO I PAY USING A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

Q. IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON VIDAARA?
Your online transaction on VIDAARA is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. VIDAARA uses encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing. All credit card and debit card payments on VIDAARA are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

Q. WHAT STEPS DOES VIDAARA TAKE TO PREVENT CARD FRAUD?
VIDAARA realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team. In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.

Q. WHAT IS A 3D SECURE PASSWORD?
The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the Verified by VISA and Mastercard SecureCode services, respectively. The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.
